Step 1 - We Listen to You
Your comfort consultant will take time to ask you detailed questions about your home, your existing heating and cooling system, your family's air quality concerns, and room by room comfort levels in order to create the perfect system for your home. There are over 100 different ways in which we can design your system, the best way is what is best for you and your family.
Step 2 - We Evaluate and Size Your Home
Your comfort consultant will take time to measure your home and perform a computerized Manual J heat/cool load calculation. Manual J is the industry standard for sizing the heating and cooling BTU requirements in your home so we can guarantee your temperature and comfort in writing!
Step 3 -You Choose Your System
We will present you with options that will meet all your comfort needs. These options will include: HVAC equipment, Indoor Air Quality controls, thermostat choices, warranty choices and maintenance packages. With expert guidance, your comfort consultant will help you choose which system is best for you and your family.
Step 4 - Preparing for Your Installation
Once you decide to proceed, we'll explain the installation process and "What Happens Next". We will take pictures and complete notes of your custom installation for review with our installation team. Our technicians will know before they come out to your home of what they need to do to save you valuable installation time.
Step 5 - Pre-Installation Walk Through
Before they begin, our installation professionals will walk through the project with you; they will explain how they will do the installation and go over the details of items such as the placement of the equipment, vents, thermostat and more. Attention to detail will ensure a proper and efficient installation of your new home comfort system.
Step 6 - Expert Installation
Our installation technicians respect your home using drop cloths to protect your floors and shoe covers so they don't track in mud. They follow all local codes and manufacturers guidelines as well as proper removal and disposal of your old equipment. Step 7 - Quality Audit

Step 8 - Post-Installation Follow-Up

Step 9 - Customer Survey

You will be asked by the Trane Company to complete a short survey which will give us feedback on how you like your system and how we did working on it.
